Items are shipped within 2 business days from Melbourne using Australia Post.

Tracking will be emailed to you once items have been dispatched.

The happiness of our customers is our #1 priority, however we are a small business.

In regards to The Park Bottle, for Health & Safety reasons we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Refunds are only available for items deemed faulty.

For other items we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note, and return post will be at your expense. To qualify for a return the items must be unused and in the original condition and packaging.

If you think you have been sent the wrong order, or your item is faulty we will issue an exchange or full refund upon return of the item (which we will cover costs for).

Please note: These are general care guides and not guaranteed to have the desired outcome as each machine is different.

The Park Bottle: We recommend washing with warm-hot soapy water. We don't recommend putting your Park Bottle in the Dishwasher or using boiling water.

Also be careful about leaving in direct sunlight for too long, this can discolour some items including the logo on the white bottle. 

The Bag: This can generally be popped into your washing machine on a low heat, quick wash then hung out to dry. Or you can hand-wash it.

The Towel: Wash on a cold wash and hang out to dry.
